OUR CLASSES

This class caters to mums and their babies (under 5 yrs). It is a combination of yoga, bodyweight, and cardio moves to help you connect with your baby and work on strengthening your pelvic floor and and abdominal muscles. This class is also suitable for pregnant women.
A low impact class that combines the benefits of yoga with the benefits of high intensity training to build strength, flexibility & burn fat.
A group class that combines resistance training and bodyweight strength moves as well as high impact cardio. Also including the inclusion of boxing to get your heart pumping and your body strong.
This class uses bodyweight and low impact cardio moves to tone your body safely. A great class for women who are pregnant or post-natal, who want to exercise safely - or for those who are injured or want to train using low impact moves.
A 30-minute fast paced, high impact class to get you sweating fast - and finished fast.
A fast paced class with a variety of resistance training, high impact cardio and metabolic conditioning to get you fit and change your body.

PERSONAL & SEMI PERSONAL TRAINING

A 60 min Personal Training Session in a small group setting. You are provided with your own personal program to ensure you reach your own personal goals and progress through your training at your own pace.

Hi!
I’m Caroline, coach, business owner and busy mother of two gorgeous, energetic children.

I created Sassi Fit with the goal of helping women and in particular, mothers, to help and inspire them to prioritise their health and wellbeing. After going through postnatal depression and finding myself mentally exhausted, I decided to leave my teaching career and pursue my longtime passion for fitness. 

Fitness is something I loved long before becoming a mother and has always made me feel strong, confident and happy. I found that putting myself first helped me to find the energy I needed to cope with the demands of being a new mum. After seeing what is out there and available to new mothers in the way of fitness and training first hand, I know that we deserve more.

EMBRACING NUTRITON

Sassi Fit is proud to collaborate with Embracing Nutrition.

Kelly Fullerton is a nutritionist who uses a non diet approach and works closely with children and schools ensuring that our children have the best chance of growing up in a body positive society. Kelly works with us as part of our Living with Sass Lifestyle Membership and is accessible through our private facebook page as well as privately.
